Using a GS-42 certification checklist, we conduct a thorough inspection of your facilities before the Green Seal™ auditor arrives in order to pave the way for a smooth certification process. And because LEED requires APPA guidelines, we developed a scoring system that generates a full APPA report. Both Green Seal and LEED standards require continuous monitoring and documentation. Our monitoring services are conducted monthly for the first year of performance and quarterly thereafter to maintain quality assurance and sustain successful green cleaning management.
