Protect the health of your building occupants and the environment with GS-42 compliant training.

The Building Wellness Certification Training program provides building service contractors (BSCs) and in-house facility/environmental services staff the training they need to meet the requirements of the Green Seal™ GS-42 certification program and the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS). Cleaning personnel and BSCs that are GS-42 certified provide building owners and property managers the ability to differentiate their facilities with the Green Seal logo and help them gain points toward LEED certification.

Purchasing green cleaning products is not enough. While procuring green cleaning supplies is an important first step toward environmental wellness, without a firm understanding of best practices, equipment use and how to execute green, healthy hands-on procedures, we can never completely ensure the health and wellness of the people who occupy our buildings.

Taking a "train the trainer" approach, our program—the first in the nation to receive accreditation in compliance with the GS-42 Training Accreditation Program (GS-42 TAP)—provides facilities management and supervisory personnel the tools and knowledge they need to make a vital contribution to public health and the environment.
